Internal confidential counselor

An internal confidential counselor is a specific type of confidential counselor who is appointed within an organisation to support employees in dealing with issues relating to undesirable behaviour and integrity matters. In contrast to external confidential counsellors, an internal confidential counsellor is part of the organisation for which he or she works.
