The average hourly rate for a confidential counselor in the Netherlands is between €90 and €160 per hour. The hourly rate of our LVV-certified confidential counsellors is €99 per hour. We also try to be accessible to every company
We're happy that you want to quickly start a safer work culture, but before you take out a subscription, we'd like to get to know you better first. When you decide to become a customer, you indicate your subscription preference. Do you choose Enterprise? You will then receive a customised quote that you can accept digitally. As soon as your first payment has been processed, your subscription will start. We will then personally guide you to gain access to the Trustlr platform.
Yes. With our CollectiveTrust subscription, we agree on a fixed annual fee for the agreed-upon services, including support hours provided by the confidential counselor. This eliminates individual invoices. This provides budget security and prevents traceability to a specific case. This is sometimes desirable for smaller organisations where anonymity might otherwise be more difficult. For larger organisations, budget security is a potential advantage. We start with the social safety scan, where we map the current situation.
We'll also tailor the service to your needs and discuss the introductory phase. Examples include a personal introduction, an interactive presentation, or our various introductory materials. We'll also make choices, such as allowing employees freedom of choice regarding the confidential counsellor or recommending a single, permanent confidential counsellor. After completing the full questionnaire, we'll create a plan for how we'll implement this within your organisation.
