How Trustlr works and our self-employed confidential counsellors
At Trustlr, we and our ZZP confidential counsellors work a little differently than other providers. Trustlr was founded on the belief that creating a safe working environment can be done smarter and better. Where current providers of confidential counsellors work more reactively and act as a band-aid on a wound, Trustlr tries to proactively, in collaboration with our customers, create a safe working environment.
We believe that unwanted behaviour can be prevented with the right training and education and we believe that some form of action is desirable in most cases of unwanted behaviour to prevent recurrence and to give the reporter the tools to resolve a similar situation themselves in the future.
TrustNet is one of our tools for this and is an online platform that provides information about the confidential counselor, undesirable behaviour and more. What do we ask of self-employed confidential counsellors?
In any case, we require LVV certification from our self-employed confidential counsellors. We only work with LVV certified confidential counsellors. What we think is even more important is that you really want to help people and are proactive. We are looking for people who really want to resolve the situation after a report and also try to convince the reporter that action is necessary to resolve issues. We are looking for real people people. Experience as a confidential counselor is a requirement, preferably you have at least 3 years of work experience as a confidential counselor. If you speak one or more languages in addition to Dutch and English, that is a big advantage.
We are currently looking for people who are proficient in the following languages:
– Spanish
– Polish
– Romanian
– Turkish
