About us
Trustlr is a start-up, founded in 2023 by partners Ruben and Monica. Our office is located in the port of Scheveningen where we share a co-working space with other start-ups and self-employed people. When the weather is nice you can also regularly find us on a terrace in the sun or with a lot of wind with a kite on the water!
With Trustlr we want to innovate the market for confidential counsellors. There is currently a lot going on in the field of legislation and regulations regarding the mandatory use of confidential counsellors. And it has probably not escaped your notice that there is now a lot of attention in the media for integrity violations and undesirable behaviour. Consider, for example, the episode of BOOS, the unsafe working atmosphere at DWDD and the #metoo movement. It is therefore a good thing that there is more regulation for this from the government. But we believe that the services offered by many existing market parties are rather old-fashioned. With Trustlr we want to position our services differently in the market by focusing on prevention and affordable services for smaller organisations (other start-ups and SMEs). Do you want to help us grow our start-up?
This is what you will do:
As mentioned, Trustlr is a start-up. We currently have two permanent employees and a number of self-employed people work for us as confidential counsellors. We want to expand our customer base in 2024 and you can help us with that! So we are looking for an intern who wants to participate hands-on in the daily operations. Tasks you can take on:
- Setting up and developing a total content strategy
- Setting up and developing a social media plan
- Sharpening and developing content strategy for blogs and knowledge base articles
- Actively contribute to and improve our SEO Strategy
- Answer incoming calls/emails
- Improve the brochure
If you need/want to conduct research as a result of your training, there is also room for that. We are looking for someone 36-40 hours a week. During that time you can do both shadowing/working if any research to carry out.
The ideal candidate...
Does not exist. We are especially looking for someone who is independent and enterprising. Because we are a small organisation, there is little support. You will of course receive good training and guidance, but it is important that you can start and work independently. We also like it if you actively think along and come up with good ideas to help Trustlr further, you can really make an impact with us. Do you also enjoy creating (written) content, devising a social media plan and do you want to make an impact on a social theme? Then apply quickly for this internship position!

Internship allowance: €500 per month based on 40 hours (travel costs are not reimbursed).
